Proline dishwasher lost all power mid-cycle

Hello everyone,

Looking for a bit of a steer with my dishwasher…

It’s a Proline SDW800PW slimline dishwasher which lost all power mid-cycle and has not shown signs of life since.

Initially I checked the mains plug fuse and the control board fuse which are both fine.

I then checked for continuity across the dishwasher power switch, the door switch and the control board fuse for good measure. All checked out fine.

Feeling brave I plugged it back in and checked for power to the switch. There is power into the switch and out of it when in the on position. Power also evident at the door switch and into the control board. Cannot however find evidence of power leaving the board. Therefore suspect the board is at fault.

Before I go and order a replacement board, does what I have checked suggest the control board is at fault? Are there any other components that could cause this?

Hi

You need to test for earthing faults on dishwasher before thinking about new PCB/control module , as PCB’s are a non returnable item once fitted.
