PROLINE TDV60 Tumble Dryer Not Heating

Hi
Our dryer is no longer heating although it still rotates.
Basic checking (neon screwdriver) shows power to the heating elements. However one of the two small circular items mounted above the elements (thermostats?) has no power to either side.
Any ideas?

Do not live test – there is absolutely no need. A continuity meter is all that’s required.

None needed other than to handle the new stats with care, do not press on the base of the stats, and pull that plug of course.
