had a few of these. Example model SMS63E09GB.. or better known as the Bosch diswhasher with a plug in mains lead. The drain pump cover simply unclips so the customer can easily clean the pump, (not that they ever do). Problem is that this cover is so loose, once its been removed once, that it simply pops out on its own or is knocked off when the customer refits the filter. I ordered a new cover hoping it would fit in more positively but no,its just the same. Instrcution book tells the customer to push down till it “clicks” into place but IME no amount of pushing, prising, easing, banging will get it down anything like tight despite the retaining heel being in the correct place. Piss poor design!
