Evening guys.
I’ve got a few things going on at the moment and one of them is the constant requests for trade access and pricing on the shop. So, to get rid of that one I’m up to something that might make life a little easier on a few fronts but, for starters the first thing is the shop so it can function as a trade tool if needed.
Now, there’s a few things that I need to make clear both here and, when it finally gets into the wild, that we can do this with the major ones being…
We are not a trade supplier as such but will help where there’s an issue.
Trade accounts are not generally available, it’s payment with order.
That’s the one’s that jump to mind.
There are three price levels only and there will be no more.
Distributor, for people that do silly amounts of stuff.
Trade, the bulk.
Retail.
We’re done.
I am not prepared to muck about with anything else, do any targeting or any of that crap. Shipping costs are our usual, they won’t change.
Trade accounts, which I know most of you here have in one way or another, with us now will be doable but I won’t be offering them to all and sundry as it’s just too expensive to manage frankly. And, to do that and give discount on some of our prices is just plain stoopid. So to that end, I would appreciate it if you could keep the availability of that to yourselves if you don’t mind.
Standard trade will be 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} off retail. This will be overridden where we can with better pricing. However, with over 3000 lines you may have to ask if we can do better as we have to set every single one manually as we see them.
Can I assume that you’re up for some Beta testing before we go live with it?
That’s just the start of the sh1t I’ve got going on, there’s a lot more to come.
