I went on their site but all parts showing out of stock , i emailed them but nothing has changed does anyone know whats going on thanks John

you will show out of stock till they trun you back on

from what i believe they are at current capacity at the moment and introducing customers as they can. it does seem to be on the basis of how much you spend with them

if it gives you an idea how bad things are. Ordered last tue and just got it today

thanks Dave i have been with them for thirty years but went to Maddocks recently i dont like not being able to talk to someone

when they did the change a few months ago what did you get gold , silver or bronze?

There is according to the tech chap that rang me a new Qualtex site on its way!

well that sounds good as long as they dont delete everthing and start again. i use the little note boxes for useful info
