Has anybody else had Qualtex QUAPMP250 becoming noisy or failing? We have to use these for NESN jobs but some have faied within our job guarantee period.
Have spoken to Qualtex who say there isn’t a problem
We use Connect generic pump for private work with no problems.

Yeah they are after all a real cheapo pump it must be said and I’ve had a few that have failed. I stopped fitting them and instead flog my remaining stocks across the counter. 😉

same here and pmp230 nasty cheap rubbish which fails after short time, typical of them to claim there is not a problem.

I dont ever use pattern parts.. if i can avoid it anymore, you only get comebacks on them, whether you fit yourself, or sell over the counter..and for the few £s you save yourself, or the customer…i personally dont think its worth the hassle…

    Thats a few pints talking!
