Qualtex delivery farce

I think they would have me back if I was going to spend 5k a year with them (someone else on the forum mentioned 3k).

think its around £60 a week
but if you apply for an account how do they know you are going to spend enough
business comes and goes. you start small and grow. unless you catch the minoes then you wont find the whales

am spending more with other suppliers than i ever did. dont want to lose Qualtex but they seem to be losing their way a bit as competition has never been so strong

I just opened an account with them, so yes they are.
Sent an order Tuesday and it arrived today, not next day but they made me aware of this so no complaints from me.
