    Hi,

    What the status of Success means? Order dispatched as in left the depot or delivered at the address?

    Which courier do they use? I have a feeling that they used City Link before.

    Just that I was expecting the order the following day and now it has been two days and still no parcel. I thought that was very odd and do not fancy calling up my customer to reorganise another appointment again.

    If it hasn’t arrived tomorrow morning, I shall be calling them to find out what’s going on.

    most of the time arrives next day unless you are after cut-off time then add a day
    normally if they have your email you will get tracking info

    According to their home page they use UPS, FedEx and DPD. I notice they’ve moved back to a 3pm cut off time for next day delivery. As Dave says, see if they can link your email or mobile no with the courier so you get automatic updates on your delivery.

    What time is the cut off time for WTA? Thought it was 5pm

    was up to just before christmas. then they moved the normal cut-off time back an hour to 3. dont know if we still get the extra hour. should all go back to normal as its only supposed to last till end this month. think its due to overlosded carriers
