Query on Tricity Sovereign oven

Hello People,

This is my 1st post here so please bare with me.

I have been given a Tricity Sovereign Oven the one where you have to hold down the 3 buttons to set the clock. My query is if I set the fan oven on, even for a second and turn it off the fan stays on forever is this normal? Does anyone have a manual for the oven they can email?

This is not normal as far as I can remember.

The cooling fan has an initiation stat, wont come on until around 60 degrees in the air space arond the timer. The oven fan and heat are controlled by the timer and if you are refering to the fan oven motor running on after shut down of the stat you need to investigate.

The wiring all runs up to the timer and it won’t be hard to trace the fan oven outputs and check.

I think the timer is obsolete these days.

make sure when you turn the timer to off (000) that you have the 3 large zeros and not 3 small zeros as 3 small zeros is defrost mod and the fan runs constant just push oven button again and turn to get the 3 large zeros
