Which is the quietest domestic fridge on the market (that has a temperature range of around 1 to 4 degrees Centigrade)?

Absorption fridges are the quietest but they are very few and far between, mainly used in the mobile home and caravan market. All normal domestic fridges have the usual thermostat, compressor and gas. You ask for a temperature range of 1-4 degrees is this for meds? I ask why as food safe is usually plus 4 to 6 degrees?
