ModeratorI nearly put wireless interference but you young un’s wouldn’t know what I was on about. 😉
Going out to look at this tomorrow, obviously brushes will be first thing I look at.
No model number as yet but customer says she has had it a while.
Says she is getting radio interference when it is on wash but little or nothing when on spin. 😕
I wouldn’t have expected any interference at all but would have thought it more likely when on spin, not wash?
Anyone else come across this?
Jim.

As you know Jim it will probably be down to the suppressor, strange that it’s on wash and not spin. Bosch wiring looms are pretty tidy but if I was you I would check to see if anything is out of place where you could get “crosstalk”, doubt it though 😕
“Wireless” has a totally different meaning t youngsters nowerdays

Mains filters are very stable ‘rf’ wise so I wouldn’t think that there’s an issue there. I’d be checking the earth bonding though, and, as far as the Bosch is concerned, the heater terminals might be worth checking?

Just come back from this, no real resolution. 🙁
Machine FD78** so no spring chicken but it is in immaculate condition. Everything on the machine checks out perfectly.
Motor brushes just over 50{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} worn, comm nice and shiny, looks like new.
All tests on mains socket fine.
They have a small DAB radio on the worktop just above the washer, has been there for some time but in the last month has apparently started to suffer interference when the machine is washing but not spinning.
I gave it a quick wizz and could hear nothing unusual. She was thinking she needed a new washer but I said that if it was me I would get rid of the radio first. 🙂

Why not just try a new mains filter in anyway? Better than them scrapping machine.
