    hi all,

im new here, just a couple of question please?

i have a dual fuel rangemaster 100 and yesterday a fire started underneath, i quickly pulled the thing out.. (quite heavy) and put the fire out!

something had dropped through the hole in the bottom over (or a part malfunctioned) as the fire was directly under the grey cylinder thingy that the grey cable goes to, it had melted and so had the cable insulation, i have a feeling it could have been alot worse, imagine if we were out! (dosent bear thinking about does it )

anyhow my question is what is the grey thingy, looks like a gas control valve, and where can i get one ?
also can i disconect it and still use the rest of the cooker safely ? or should i leave it until i get a new one?

    regards

    Hi
May I just point you here http://tinyurl.com/2obv8n
Also I would not use the appliance until a gas qualified engineer has checked it out thoroughly ❗
Please feel free to use our repairs@ service from the left hand side links 😀

    Regards

    Greg
