rangemaster 110 professional plus

Hi I have a rangemaster pro 110 plus with induction hob induction.Every thing works ok appart from the black cooling fan it comes on straight away as it always did,but it cuts out after about a minute and dosent come back on.Is this the fan or is it the thermal cut out located under the glass hob? 😕

have seen one of these but the one i had melted the term block and blew a 50A breaker.
but
just the way you describe the fault makes me think there is a pcb controlling it. if it was a stat it would not start till things got hot
