I have a Rangemaster 110 dual fuel cooker (I’m guessing approx 10-15 years old) and the top element of the conventional (non-fan) oven is not heating up.

How can I tell what the correct replacement part is? I see some numbers embossed on element base where it sits against the back of the oven, but these numbers do not appear to correspond to part numbers given on sites selling spares.

Any tips on how to identify the right part would much appreciated.

    Thanks, Dave.

I finally worked out where the serial number was! It was inside the frame when I pulled out the storage drawer, so I believe I’ve finally ordered the right part.
