Rangemaster replaced my fridge freezer with a fridge freezer model rsxs661gb/c . At the time we were not happy as they had replaced my original model with this model and it was smaller than the previous model, secondly it was really noisy and made groaning noises all the time. Rangemaster said that I would just have to put up with this and that there was nothing they could do. 2 and a half years later and outside the warranty period my fridge freezer has developed a series of stress cracks and the fridge appears trot to make so much noise. Clearly we are concerned that this fridge freezer has failed in such a way. Does any body know of similar faults occurring and if so what would your advice be?
