    Hi ,
Looking for some advice please 😀

We have a rangemaster Elan DF cooker that when the r side of the grill goes on it troops the fuse board. The left side is fine .

Replace element , now the gril does not trip the fuse board , the light comes on but doesent heat !!!
The left side of the grill is still fine , cooker fine .

We did have the cooker in storage in a garage for a year and half and purchased an ex display . Found out after that the cooker is 8 years old now !!! As it been on display for five years . We just lived it to be honest but I decided to get it fixed as the kids often knock it and trip the board.

It’s great now the board doesent trip but would like it to heat. The light comes on as well .

Any advice would be greatly appreciated xx

    Hi

You will need to have an engineer to check that the elements have not become damp which happens when not used for a long period.
Also how did you replace the element ?
