Rangemaster induction 9743

Anyone know what pcb’s will need replacing for a E6 error on three of the rings on one of these, customer saw flash under one of the rings. These comprise of 4 separate pcb’s at around £1600 for all of them.

Have you looked to see if there is anything shorted before you replace any of the boards. ?

no, not done the strip down yet. Was assuming the ring that flashed and the power board but the parts list is unclear and shows about 5 different pcbs in the box. I have quoted her best case scenario and worse case and if she still wants to proceed then I will take it a part. Looks very early smeg style range induction hob to me. Thanks for the info.
