Can anyone help with the process for configuring IHE display shows E4 code one one zone which indicates loss of memory or faulty element/PCB/Touch control. I have swapped the element from another working zone so it’s unlikely an element fault. I have found a troubleshooting flow chart for this model which advises configuring IHE as part of the test plan but gives no advice as to the process.
