Hi guys, can anyone point me at a replacement timer for a 110DF (GREEN), approx 10 years old – above number is the Diehl number on the side of the original.

I have got the recommended replacement from Connect but it trips the RCD in the house as soon as it is connected !! assuming I have connected it correctly. Trips with just the live/neutral connected – not marked up so tried them other way round – still trips !!

are you sure you have connected live and neutral correctly-not to the relay?

Its a twin relay timer –

as above – have connected the live/neutral to the bottom two inputs – the 4 relay outputs are to the left of the picture.

if you call RM technical they will tell you exactly which wire goes where for sure. as its a DF they are very obliging for any technical info i hv found in the past!

r u sure its just when u connect the timer that it blows the rcd and there isnt something else going on ?

Yep definetly, soon as i power it at the wall with the new clock in it blows – put the old clock in, which works except the lcds are blown in places so can be read – its
    fine !!
