Rangemaster wok burner problem

Hi, maybe someone has a suggestion or has come across this before
I recently changed the flame spreaders and burner caps on this LPG cooker because the old ones were distorted. I am getting flame lightback on both of the wok burners where the spreader meets the base on the external ring feed
I have replaced the injectors with new ones 53 internal and 82 external , regulator is giving a steady 37mb but still the same problem, I would appreciate any advice

Well only thing I would to is change the wok base that the injectors go into as that’s all thats left

Thanks for the advice kaibart, I think you are right, not much else left…. The bases may have got distorted internally even though they look OK. I’ll let you know what the outcome is…….. A lot of dismantling ahead!

I done one yesterday hopefully all the screws come out
