    Hi All

Customer has asked me to repair and refurbish this 50+ year old fridge.

This proves that they can be repaired even at this age.even when they have 10oz’s of Dichlorodifluoromethane (R-12) for a larder fridge.!!

Had a GEC a few months ago, horizontal motor and all rubber cable up through casing, bit of a challenge had to fix a plate to take a modern type compressor acros the rear.
Used a stock r12 compressor, very handy getting rid of that.
One a year is enough 🙂
