re Bosch integrated dishwasher sand / gritty particles left

Hi Anyone help with Bosch Integrated Dishwasher about 4 years old. When wash finished getting sand like particles left on all items. Cleaned everything possible ie taken tub seal out and cleaned all around, Cleaned bottom door / tub seal and all trapped muck. cleaned all filters fine and coarse ect and completely cleaned bottom of sump ecr. Put through couple of pro cleaners still doing same thing in dried on sandy like particles. Help required thanks.
