Hi all, Got a hotpoint washer dryer model WD860G that tripped electrics, found Dryer Heater (coil type with thermal fuse protection) dead short. Disconnected Heater so customer could still use wash side, saying now that wont spin at all, but does wash. Did the disconnecting of the Dryer Heater / Fuse affect the spin side of the Machine thanks.

    no

if it is the case, the pcb will be faulty

of course, could just be out of balance
