RE HOTPOINT WD440 NIGHTMARE

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP GOT A HOTPOINT WD44 STICKING ON WASH PART OF PROGRAM NOT CHANGING OVER TO RINSE SPIN ETC WATER IS HEATING AND NOT OVER HEATING CHECKED NOT SYPHONING ETC YET IT WASH STILL STUCK ON WASH AFTER 5 HRS ITS DRIVING ME NUTS ANY IDEAS.HAD BOARD TESTED THEY SAY ALL IS OK.NOT EVEN ERROR CODING 🙁

One thing:……CHANGE EEPROM. :lesson:
I allways re-write EEPROM in those cases… never got wrong. :innocent:

sounds silly but check the sump for colour catchers,foreign objects that could be blocking the pressure chamber. (remember it mite still drain)

had one before,replaced boards,eeprom,checked everything for earth faults but nothing. i felt like a right twat after arguing with technical about it :rolls: lol

THANKS ANYWAY BUT SORTED IT NOW THE HEATER HAD GONE OPEN CIRCUIT AFTER I HAD REPLACED BOARD AND HADNT CHECKED IT AGAIN
