Went to look at this machine which was reported no wash action. although filling and emptying. Checked motor out seemed ok. plus no damage as far as could be checked to pcb or loom to motor.

Had code F13 (on on off on) indicating NTC or drier motor problem. Drier motor runs ok . Drier NTC reads 30k at room temperature, not sure what this should be at about 20c?
    any ideas please.

    Thanks in advance John

In order to be fault showing stage all those Led’s shoud flashing – not iluminated (ON) and Led from door lock should flashing twice faster…

Look again at motor and his wires… Do you hear relay clicking in time (I do not refer at beginning) like PCB is trying to do his job?

Thanks for reply. Sorry should have said Leds flashing on /off. Will check motor and loom again.

Try the NTC tag wires – they are spindly thin and will break internally, not always obvious at first look. Tug each wire gently and they can just pull off. Cut back and retag as necessary.
I have also had fault issues from the wash NTC as well: so worth checking that and its wiring while you’re at it. 😉
