RE: Indesit WIDL – 126 Washer Dryer – Strange fault

Hi All,

I spent about an hour this morning going thru the numerous posts about flashing error codes for the INDESIT WIDL 126 and some are similiar to mine but not the same.

The machine is empty, the door opens and closes, when i plug it in, the 2nd function button (Easy Iron) flashes really fast and irratically if i touch another button this stops and the on-off door lock LED flashes slowly about once every 1.5 seconds. No clicking noises, no draining noises and no strange smells. The machine was unplugged all night.

Any help would be greatly welcome.

light 2 would suggest an f04 fault

that being pressure switch stuck on empty

does it fill at all? does it fill and not get full?

either way, the machine thinks theres no water in it!!

possible cause? faulty valve, pressure switch or pbc, or pick 2 from 3

Damn thing won’t let me do anything, as soon as it is switched on at the plug i get the fast flashing light (button 2) then thats it till i press a button, then the door lock led flashes.

Can’t run any cycles at all!
