Re Zanussi WJD1257S Stops at 16 mins

Hi all Anyone Had or Know why a Zanussi WJD1257S prod 914601413 00 would go through 40 deg synthetic prog ( the one mainly used prog not changed ) 125 min prog goes right through to 16 mins then stops with error 20 ( pipe not kinked, pump ok not blocked when i checked ) Customer cleared filter nothing in it 1st time it happened but it did it again. Asked customer to try again went right through ok. What would or could it be if happens again cheers.

If the pump is any more than 3 years old it almost certainly is the problem here. Works OK when you test it, the moment you walk away the bl**dy don’t. 🙁 Change the pump and while you’re there clear out the gunge build-up in the drain hose. After constant 40 degree synthetics wash cycles that hose must be gunged up to buggery. 😉
