ParticipantHow many people are using the machine? 2
How many loads of washing per day are you doing roughly? 1 a day on the weekdays and twice on sat and sun.Do you have size limits to what you can fit?
Have you any special needs? No
What sort of budget you have.£300I am looking for a fully inbuilt dishwasher(600mm) around the £300 mark. My AEG one has been shocking and have had to repair it god knows how many times. Looking for reliability more than anything else!
If you need to ask me any other questions I will be more than happy to do so.
Thanks in advance. 😀 😀

Hi
Simple answer and a short one …. NONE
To get a reliable machine you will have to pay 50{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} to 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} more. You will get what you pay for.

I have just come across the dishwasher below:
Am I correct in saying that Ignis is owned by Whirlpool who have decent customer service?
I might have a look at the dishwasher above..what do you reckon?

Hi
Ignis is indeed owned by Whirlpool group, the service is on a local level with a national call centre number. As for the Ignis dishwasher, although it is better than some of the other cheap units out there, don`t expect it to last forever 😉 cos it won`t.

Trouble is Ian not everyone can normally afford to buy a quality product like that, let alone in these troubled uncertain times.
Consumers are pulling their belts in tight right now, not knowing how safe their job is either.

Not always. I had a free fully integrated Hygena dishwasher from MFI when I bought my kitchen. It’s still going strong, has never, ever broken down and is 14 years old.
