whats the final verdict on removing weee when selling a recon washing machine,do i still have an obligation to remove or is it only on new.

We were discussing this very subject today as we’ve been pushing for change in the current thinking on this front so that we’re all allowed to do this. Under current legislation and EA rules it is, at best, unclear.

Give us s a few days to sift through the info that John’s just got back from Parliament and we should be able to give a more definitive answer. I hope.
