Just to keep George and others happy that are engaged in this, here’s a more specific forum dedicated totally to that area of the trade.

I did tell you to hang on for a few weeks George. 😉

    Re: Recycling & Recon Forum

    Thanks for that Ken…

The reason I wanted this forum to become part of your system as well as the one that will be on my own new site when it goes live is because of the hightened interests of Defra, Wrap, and EA, along with many other national & local governmental departments into everything WEEE related.

The appliance repair trade is also increasing its interest in refurbishing used appliances to suppliment incomes. It is necessary therefore to highlight both current laws and future law changes to individuals or groups involving themselves in relational aspects of the WEEE treatment or recovery processes.

As many of us are trying to change or abolish regulatory fees for approriate licences required for WEEE related operations within Appliance Repair and Recovery Trade; all your ideas, complains, and open discussion may go some way into helping mould a new way for the relative governmental departments to deal with refurbishment regulations and their fees.

    George
