    I have a Zanussi Lindo 300 tumble drier. The Start/Pause touchpad light illuminates red during a cycle and the machine is not providing any heat to the drum. Does anyone know what this fault is and how I repair it? The filter and condenser are both clean and the machine drains to an external drain.

    with a lot of faults the light flashes in a sequence
    does yours flash and if so count the flashes. it should do a number of flashes then a short break and repeat

    to look anything up will need full model and pnc number

    manual does say light should flash on fault detection

    suggest you look at heater first. check the stats and element continuity
