refrigeration experts please

samsung rsh1dbbp. i do not do refrigeration but have been asked by an independant appliance retailer that i do a lot of work for to pop in and have a look at this….Freezer door not sealing,customer replaces seal.still no seal.they have warmed seal up before fitting and are adamant there is no ice build up or obstructions around seal.any advice gratefully received,going tomorrow.paul

I would be checking for appliance level in that the body isn’t twisted.
Drawers not pushing on door, look for ice pushing drawer forward behind them where the evaporator is.
If its new that the door isn’t twisted.
Also check the door is on its hinges correctly as the doors are often taken off when getting it into the house.

we went to an lg one and it was on a tiled floor and the frreezer door wouldnt close properly as it was not level.
