As a 12year+ service engineer i’ve always shyed away from regassing due to horror stories but i think it’s time to learn how to do it as well as what equipment is needed. i can’t seem to find anyspecifics on this subject using the search so any and all advice, tips and do’s and don’t’s are most welcome. Thanks

Have a look at this lot:
    http://coolconcerns.co.uk/index.php

as with most refrigeration training its all geared toward the commercial market. I did their course many years ago and found it helpful and informative.
Think before you plunge in though as unless you are doing work for an insurer then re gasses are pretty rare and you would never probably cover your costs.

Thanks for the link. It would be for insurance work, i’m just waiting to hear if i’ve got it first and if i haven’t then i won’t bother.
