Registering Amica sales

Anybody got any news?

I read somewhere that if we sold an Amica machine direct we would be able to register the sale, then any future service requests would be forwarded to us, even after the warranty period.

I spoke to one of the ladies at Amica UK today but she was unable to tell me when this feature would be enabled, other than sometime next year, but as she said next year could mean any year!

Does anybody have any further news on this?

Hi Dick,

We had hoped to get it online this month but between technical difficulties and the mess that we’ve been left to sort out it doesn’t look like we’re going to hit that date.

However, I am fully aware that it is required ASAP and it will be online as soon as humanly possible. I may have a temporary fix as well in the works just to allow it to progress.

All that said, it will be done a lot sooner than next year.

Any progress on registering the Amica appliances yet?

The internal system is up.

It needs testing and deploying to an online platform.

Will be done as soon as it can be.
