regulations for installing a gas hob?

I am in the process of designing the layout for my new kitchen which is to include a built-in double electric oven and a gas hob.
Can anyone please tell me what the legal requirments are in regards to the distance the hob must be from the housing unit for the double oven and the distance the wall units must be above and to the side of the hob.
The hob is 68cm wide, the wall units will sit 35cm above and start 5cm away from either side of the hob. The double oven will be 36cm away from the side of the hob.

the following is required

cooker hood 760m above gas burners

50mm away at side of hob

The hight above the gas hobb is dependant on the manufactures minimum apart from what GORGI insist.
