does anyone know of a make of double oven that has a removable grill element for cleaning facility
bsche use to do one but dont know if anyone does it now

As far as I am aware removable grill elements are no longer fitted to any current production ovens/cookers. Instead many have opted for catalytic coatings about the grill element or a removable catalytic liner. The ‘top of the range’ products usually use the pyrolytic cleaning system!
Re: removeable grill element
The only one I know of is the Whirlpool AKZ196 which has a tilt down grill for easy cleaning. You can view the specification here.
