Removing a drum paddle on a Hoover PE235

Hi

Could anyone tell me how to release a drum paddle on a Hoover PE235 or a Diplomat HJA8513 washing machine please? Need to get a bra wire out from under the drum :boops:

Thanks, I’ve read the article which is very helpful. My drum paddle is just like the one in the very first picture. I just don’t know which type of release mechanism it is or which hole it’s in – any ideas?

On that specific model I think it’s got at least one retaining screw that you get to from the underside so, to get the bra wire out, you’re going to have to take the sump hose off anyway. You might get to the wire through there.
