Removing inner frame & springs from oven door flap

Help please, I am trying to replace my electrolux eob 976 inner door flap & glass. I have seen the video of how to take off the oven door and have bought the part. But when I take off the the door, there appears to be a frame with glass and the two hooks that fit in to the oven fixed into channels of the inner door. I have tried sliding them up but nothing is happening.

Don’t want to force it out & break the lot. Any help would be appreciated.
