Repair sagging drum Miele W310

Have a Miele Novotronic W310 cirrca 2004 era. minimal use – but drum has dropped downwards and no longer centred on door opening. Door rubber seal is distorted and drum starting to rub on clear window. The drum bearings seem fine.
Presume the drum suspension needs attention. Is this just likely to be 4 drum support springs or is the suspension more complicated on this unit. Havent opened it up yet.

till you open it you wont know. there will be springs at the top holding the drum up and if one has snapped it will cause this

if spring has snapped has the unit been banging round a lot recently ? had this problem on other machines and worn shock absorbers cause springs to over extend and snap

Thanks. So its likely that 4 suspension springs and 2 damper arms would be the minimal parts required to repair this problem in this model.

springs only replace if they have snapped. may have just come unhooked
