    😆

I had a feeling that may spur a chat. 😉

    Also on ERT Online now:

Still losing money as well so every penny that they can save will count. You can read into that statement what you like. 😉

    Re: RepaircareTalk

I’ve slipped in the ERT link… I hope RC Agents seriously think about what’s coming the next year or two and start to make other plans if they are relying on DSG work from Repaircare for business survival, because IMO, it’s going to be pulled like a slippery rug at some point…

    Interesting.

I wonder if anyone at RepairCare has the balls to pull the plug on DSG?

They ought do it now with Christmas round the corner.

Ade. It may look like something is going on at the Repaircare talk forum. Please don’t think it is levelled at you.

You managed to pull something off, and one or two have wondered how?

    Alex,

I’m happy this has been raised 😀

I told Max to raise the issue a couple of weeks after I’ve concluded my notice, so it gives me a chance to say what the result or agreement was…

I think I wrote that in a way, that RC Management will ignore it as a ‘Brag’ or ‘Admission’ of a deal, but it does tell other repairers what the end result was, if you get me, and that is, as you say, is one rule for one, another for the rest 🙁

I just hope more people now think about whether they want to continue with the crap that DSG bring, knowing, that if cornered, RC are not entirely in the power seat…

I needed a way to make public, what my deal was, and the man Max has given me the platform 😉

    Re: RepaircareTalk

Yes you suggested to me to do something similar, and I wanted to do it in a way the made it look like you come out of it unscathed. Worked a treat. Max1 has picked up the ball, and we are both running with it.

What I have tried to do is make it look like there could be others out there that have managed similar deals. Because there are, but they have kept their traps shut.

What I needed was an excuse to tell them how I feel emotionally regards Connect as a whole and perhaps justify why we are rude and unhelpful on the phones.

I’m waiting for Bernard to bite.

    Re: RepaircareTalk

I think Bernard must bite to that thread at some point 😀

Main thing is though so far, that RC Agents are reading my outcome, and if it gets one agent outa the DSG sh1te by doing the same, then that’s a job well done!

RC hold too much power over most people, if RC Agents see some little guy in Cardiff standing his ground and coming away with a result, then happy days! I hope those in similar positions think about how to go forward, given the NO response by RC regarding ANY issue, bar, We’ll look at it and come back to you!

    Ade 🙂
