I know Ken is worked off his feet but just doing a bank holiday check on repairs@ I find that I don’t appear at all and the closest engineer listed is some hour and half away from my postcode. If I check a washing machine repair on an ISE I still don’t appear and those listed as far as I know don’t sell the ISE appliance. Is there anyway we can update this or at least get those nearest to the customer into the frame??

There will be changes made as I’m not happy with it either.

However… there’s always a “but”…

What needs done is going to cost thousands, well into five figure sums, to do it otherwise, we’re stuck with what we got I’m afraid.

But it’s part of a large project I’m involved in.

thats all very well Ken but how can it happen that an agent that was listed just dissapears? I am not listed even for my own postcode when before I at least appeared on the list.

It’s random!

If there’s more than three repairers in any one area it displays them randomly. It was the best we could do at the time I’m afraid.

What I want it to do is to target geographically but that’s…

A. Not easy
B. Therefore not cheap
C. Takes time to find a developer that will even do it
D. Then takes them time to do it

Asides from all the design and development that has to be done, which I have pretty much completed now.

So far I have spoken to five agencies that looked as if they could/would do what I want but none have taken it on as yet, not even given an estimate to do it!

I know it’s not that great and I am trying to do something about it but I’m a bit of a stickler for getting what I want done and not a half-a$$ed solution.
