    Been to one as arranged. Waited 40 mins for customer to turn up. My wife will be there in ten mins when i rang him. No she wasnt. Can a min charge of £25 +vat be applied?

    I certainly would invoice them but you may have more chance of nailing blancmange to the ceiling than getting paid. 😆

    i worked for COLSON many years ago….engineer on same team got to appointment to find note on door…WILL BE HOME IN 20 MINUTES. he wrote underneath…SO WILL I.
    bollocking at next team meeting from area manager. 😉 .then we all laughed and AM bought the beer.
