I identified that the fault on the fridge part of my LEC T062 was a faulty thermostat and on inspection found it to be a Ranco K52 L2010 which has TWO capillaries from it, one passes through the top of fridge and then down a tube at the back left (facing the fridge) and is cased in a while plastic sheath, the other passes through the back of the cabinet ( with no sheath ) there is another working thermostat for the freezer section with only one capillary also passing through the back unsheathed.
My problem is I cant see any way to get to the ends of them in order to release them (if they are attached) or even how to remove them they are both very well held. If I give them a big tug I wont be able to replace them in their correct position. Can anyone help or is the whole unit to be passed its use-by.
I did find info on the part but no removal/replacement instructions.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help

Found the end of the white capillary at the bottom left inside the compartment (had a sharp bend with the twisted end) and gave the other one a hard pull and it came away. ( for any one with the same problem )
Thanks for the site it helped tons!
