Replace Top left grill in Flavel Finesse 100 FN10FRK

Hi,

I own a Flavel Finesse 100 FN10FRK. The other day there was a bang and the top left grill (Above the convection oven) has stopped working. Part of the grill element is fatter and looks like it has blown.
When I checked the back of the oven, the point where the white/blue cable entered the electric connector box looks like it had melted and the end of the cable was black.

My first question is, once I have the back of the oven off, how do I get to the Grill screws to undo them to remove the grill element.

My Second question is that as I mentioned the electric box on the back of the oven had melted where the white/blue cable (Presumably connected to the grill element) was connected.
Am I ok to just replace the electric connector box or is the fact that this also appears to have also blown a bigger problem.

Should be two screws, one either side of the rear mounting plate on the element that allows you to draw it forward and out.

There’s two, genuine and a compatible that will show you the plate and element out:
