I have the above fridge which after switching off will not restart again. The light is on, buit there is no cooling at all!
I would be grateful for some advice on repair or replacement. I have searched but had no success.

Hi Edd
As far as a possible replacement is concerned, the information I have available is a little sparse. Can you let me know the height and width of the appliance please? Does it have a solid kitchen door or a thin 3mm panel slid in around a frame? Does the existing machine slot into a housing at waist height?

Hi Don
Thanks for geting back to me. Sorry it has taken a while for me to reply. The fridge (larder fridge, no icebox) is approx 34inches high (85cm) by 21 1/2 inches wide (53cm). As for it’s height off of the ground it is at waist height. (or a bit higher than waist height). It is approx 42 1/2 inches (107 cm) from the kitchen floor and approx 36 1/2 inches (93cm) from the bottom of the cupboard it is in. The fridge has a solid door and a solid kitchen door attached to it by a two metal bar slot system, one bar at the top and one bar at the bottom. (hope this describes it ok!)
Thanks for all your help with this.

Hi Ed
Thanks for the info. The sizes you have given indicate it could be a built under counter fridge installed as a column appliance and made to fit. To make sure we get any replacement recommendation right the follwing links should explain where I`m coming from 😉 the first link is an under counter fridge or this one which would install at waist height known as a column fridge.

Hi Don
Thanks for the info. Looks the right type of replacement albeit an expensive one. I have some time so at first I will maybe remove it from the housing with a view to repair. I will give it a shake! Thanks for all your help and speedy advice.
