I’ve managed to scratch up my landlord’s ceramic hob which he said was brand new when I moved in Jan 09. I wanted to find out how much a replacement glass would cost to buy and fit.

The trouble is I can’t figure out the model number. I’ve got the manual which says Bosch PKE64.. and then 5650036119 but when I google PKE 64 the hob I tend to get back in results (PKE645) doesn’t look the same as it has knobs instead of a touch panel.

Any help identifying, quoting for a replacement and getting it fitted would be fantastic.

    Cheers

    Hi

The Bosch instruction manuals tend to refer to a whole series of models. The only way to be sure is to take the ENR number which is located on the underside of the hob I`m afraid. If I was a guessing person I would say circa £200 with the VAT.

Does the manual have a silver sticker on it somewhere with the full Enr nunber ? You will need the full number to find the hob top you require…also make a note of the FD number if you can find it and post it up here . We can then tell you how old it is .
