    Hi
We have a built-in aeg oven/ grill. Other day while using the oven we saw a flame at the back. Immediately we turned it off. since then the oven is not heating and the fan is not working. All the switches are working. I read on a cooker element web site that element needs replacement. Can some one help me how to do it.

    thanks

    Re: replacing aeg cooker element

The element mounts are at the back of the appliance so it will have to come out of your kitchen housing to replace it.
You must ensure the appliance is fully isolated before attempting any work.
If you are unfamiliar with electrical repairs you could have a look in Repairs@ to find an engineer near you.
