Replacing Built in oven for letting agent

I have been asked to supply and replace a whirlpool oven, the problem i have is the old oven, behind the console with stats etc there is a couple of inches drop all the way back which gave clearance for the gas pipe for the gas hob, everything i have found to replace it just goes straight back which i assume will interfere the gas pipe does anybody know of an oven which might give some more clearance JJ.

You’re going to have to check the installation specs of any potential replacement to establish what would fit. Do you know exactly what the height x width x depth requirements are anyway…..that would help?

Not all manufacturers ovens have “stepped” tops a real pain I know.

I regularly use Appliances online oven section and look at each one in detail as they photograph all round the ovens including the rear view, there is a rollover option as well for close detail.

I have had this ,had to get a gas guy to move pipe , the letting agent paid for it

Cheers guys the letting agent has just told me to get whatever i can and they will get the gas man out to alter if needed.

Some whirlpool oven have stepped back. I had that situation in the past, it’s a case of finding one that has clearance. Whirlpool manufactured oven seems to be the remaining few manufacturers that sells oven with stepped back.
