I have used the brilliant site many times in the past but lots of things have happened over the past 4 years and I have not had the chance to sort problems out. I don’t know where to post my question and I know you can point me in the right direction. I have a Concentric Shower valve which was brand new 14 months ago, it has started sticking a bit when I try to turn it on. I have contacted the place where I bought if from and although it is out of warranty they have sent me a replacement valve. I have trawled the internet to find how to take the existing one out but cant find the same one. I think its pretty straight forward but after I have taken the on/off handle off, there is a tiny grub screw down the hole where the control handle came off. I unscrewed the grubscrew hoping that the chrome cover would just pull off or unscrew but nothing moves. I have tried to attach a picture of the valve in the hope that you can advise me, but it wont allow me to. Since talking to you about my electric bike problem some years ago I have now reached the frustrating age of 75 so a little help would be gratefully received… kind regards Russell
