replacing door hinge on servis m6513s

Has anyone had to do this?

The door hinge is rivetted on to the front panel with a wierd looking rivet part no.438003300.

Does anyone have a part no. for the tool to do this?

The machine is only 6 months old so i dont think the customer would be happy with a nut and bolt job.

Hi,can’t see rivet on connect web site but a rivet is a rivet I recon any pop rivet of the same diameter should hold the hinge/door.

I did a hoover recently and came with rivets,( but not sure about servis) you only need a drill and rivet gun,takes 10 mins.(rivets cheap to buy)

thanks for the replies but if i thought i could get away with normal rivets I would have it done by now.

The rivets in question are countersunk perfectly into the front panel so as everything is nice and flush when its done.

If anyone has the part no. for the tool to do this I`d be grateful.

If GB Dars don’t supply the parts it’s a cabinet fault and BER but in all the years working on SUK machines I’ve never had a hinge come loose.
